ProcureFlow Technologies builds a connected ecosystem of software for manufacturing — Business-Ai1 Lite, ProcureFlow, OEEverse, Gateflow, and our upcoming enterprise ERP. This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website and your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. Scope — this site vs. our products

  • This policy covers personal data we collect when you visit or interact with procureflowtechnologies.com (for example, contacting us, requesting a demo, or joining a waitlist).
  • Data you enter inside a product — invoices, ledgers, inventory, shop-floor, gate or procurement records — is governed by that product’s own privacy policy and terms, not this one. Links to each product’s policy are on its website.

2. What we collect

  • Enquiry & demo/waitlist data you provide: name, work email, phone, company name, role, and anything you write in a message or form (including the products or the Flagship ERP you’re interested in).
  • Technical & usage data: IP address, device/browser information, pages viewed, and log/diagnostic data.
  • Cookies: essential cookies to run the site and privacy-friendly analytics to understand traffic.

We do not collect financial account details on this website. Product subscriptions and payments happen inside the products, via their own gateways.

3. Why we use it (purposes & legal bases)

  • To respond to your enquiry, arrange demos, and send product/waitlist updates you asked for — performance of steps at your request and, where required, your consent.
  • To run, secure and improve the website — our legitimate/legal interests.
  • To comply with law — where applicable.

We ask for consent where the DPDP Act requires it, and you may withdraw it at any time (for example, unsubscribe from updates).

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and privacy-friendly analytics to understand traffic. You can decline non-essential cookies.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers (Data Processors): our hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare), our email provider (to receive and respond to enquiries), and privacy-friendly analytics — each bound to process data only for us. Website data is processed in/through infrastructure configured for India where feasible.
  • Within ProcureFlow Technologies — to route your enquiry to the right product or team.
  • Authorities — where required by law or valid legal process.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry, demo and waitlist data for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing relationship, after which we delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to stop contacting you or to erase your data, we do so subject to any legal-retention obligation.

7. Your rights under the DPDP Act

Subject to law, you may: access a summary of your personal data; request correction/completion; request erasure; nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity; and withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact our Grievance Officer (§9). If unsatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Security

We use reasonable, industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

This website and our products are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
