1. No physical shipment

We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All our products are software services delivered electronically.

2. How delivery works

On successful payment, the corresponding subscription entitlement is activated on your account or workspace electronically — normally immediately, and in any case within 24 hours. You access the service through the relevant product’s mobile app and/or web console using your account credentials.

3. Charges

No shipping or delivery charges apply. You pay only the subscription fee (plus applicable GST) shown at checkout.

4. If access is not provisioned

If your subscription is not activated after a successful payment, email hello@procureflow.in with your Razorpay payment reference (order or payment ID) and we will resolve it promptly.
