Refund & Cancellation Policy — ProcureFlow Technologies

This policy applies to subscriptions to our products — Business-Ai1 Lite, ProcureFlow, OEEverse, Gateflow, and our upcoming Flagship ERP — sold by PROCUREFLOW TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62011PN2026PTC256784), B2 504, Sai Ganesh Residency, Vadgaon Budruk, Pune City, Pune – 411041, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”). We are the merchant of record and collect payment through our payment gateway, Razorpay.

1. Subscriptions and billing

Our products are offered as prepaid subscriptions billed in Indian Rupees (INR), plus GST as applicable by law. Indicative per-day pricing may be shown for clarity, but you are charged for the subscription term you select (for example, a 3, 6, or 12-month term). The price shown at checkout is the price that applies.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops any future renewal; your access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of the current term (see below).

3. Refunds

Because a subscription gives you immediate access to a digital service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the term has begun. We will, however, consider a refund in these cases:

  • a duplicate or erroneous charge;
  • a documented failure on our side to deliver the service you paid for; or
  • a request made within 7 days of your first purchase, where the service has not been materially used.

We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a term after a mid-term cancellation. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days, through Razorpay. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.

4. How to request a refund or cancel

Email hello@procureflow.in with your registered account/workspace and the Razorpay payment reference (order or payment ID). We will acknowledge and process eligible requests within a reasonable time.
