These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of procureflowtechnologies.com (the “Site”), operated by PROCUREFLOW TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62011PN2026PTC256784) (“we”, “us”), B2 504, Sai Ganesh Residency, Vadgaon Budruk, Pune City, Pune – 411041, Maharashtra, India. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Site is informational

This Site presents ProcureFlow Technologies and our products. Information here — including product descriptions, availability, and any pricing indications — is for general information only and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, warranty, or professional advice.

2. Products are governed by their own terms

Access to and use of each product — Business-Ai1 Lite, ProcureFlow, OEEverse, Gateflow, and our upcoming Flagship ERP — is governed by that product’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, entered into on the product’s own website. Those terms, not these, govern your subscription, billing, and use of the product.

3. Acceptable use

You will not: use the Site unlawfully; attempt to breach its security or disrupt it; scrape or harvest data except as expressly permitted; misrepresent your identity; or use the Site to infringe others’ rights. We may restrict access to anyone who misuses the Site.

4. Intellectual property & trademarks

The Site, its content, and our brands and logos are owned by us or our licensors. “ProcureFlow Technologies”, “ProcureFlow”, “OEEverse”, “Business-Ai1”, “Business-Ai1 Lite”, “Gateflow”, our Flagship ERP name, and related marks and logos are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except for fair reference to our products.

The Site links to our product websites and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of external sites; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Enquiries, demos & waitlists

When you submit an enquiry, request a demo, or join a waitlist, you consent to us contacting you about that request and the products you expressed interest in. We handle that data per our Privacy Policy. Joining a waitlist is not a purchase or a guarantee of access, pricing, or timing.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is complete or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This clause does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and does not affect your rights under the separate terms that govern each product.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site means acceptance.
